Pros

Company culture (float trip, company picnic, holiday parties, softball team, etc., many ways to get involved), work/life balance, flexibility, professional growth opportunities, genuine care from leadership, transparency and stability. Biggest Pro - EMPLOYEE OWNED!

Cons

McClure is based in St. Louis, MO with limited options for remote work. However, they do offer a flexible schedule that allows for a better work/life balance! They care about you as a person and work with you!

Pros

McClure offers the perfect balance of home-work life. Flexible hours, flexible lifestyle with. Mostly in-office work with an option to be remote on days where the employee has appointments and commitments outside of the workplace. Highly motivated, dedicated, and knowledgeable people work here. Reputation is everything - work is steady through all economies with a loyal client base. Both professional and personal growth can be expected in working here. Wages, benefits, and company culture are all extremely rewarding.

Cons

1) No full-time remote options, mostly in-person, client-facing and in-office work. 2) To put it politely, the team is not diverse,
