Pros

I can't think of one good reason anyone wants to work for this program. People only stay because they don't have any other offers or because they like the residents and don't want to leave them.

Cons

Management staff are terrible. Treat the staff poorly. Act like the clinical team is everything and the rest of the staff aren't doing enough or doing it right.

Pros

Can't define any meaningful pros, which says it all basically.

Cons

Everything negative you can imagine including expecting staff to put themselves at risk of harm while forbidding them to take protective action when assaulted by patients. Patients have no consequences when they don't follow safety rules creating very dangerous assault supportive environment

Pros

The programing offered allows residents and staff to get involved and do what they find positive to help one another. Staff are expected to contribute to programming and outings. 4 weeks vacation time for Full-time, with sick and personal on top, not to shabby!

Cons

Working in Mental Health can be very challenging, you need good boundaries and self care. I think some of the other poor reviews may have been from people who weren't cut out for this line of work. Pay could be increased for all in HCRS.
