      * The people here are actually good at what they do. It’s a smart environment where you can learn a lot just by working on daily tasks with your colleagues. * There are constant opportunities to take on new challenges.

      * Since things move quickly, sometimes the documentation lag behind. You have to be okay with figuring things out as you go

      Amazing People & Focused Mission

      Pros

      Measured is run by a group of talented and dedicated people. Everyone hits the ground running every day and everyone is a combination of a tech or marketing expert and some both. The CEO and leadership team are authentic, have communicated clear goals, and give autonomy to get the job done. Measured's client list is admirable and it's clients are happy. The company has a lot of energy, a healthy business, and is on track for a very successful future.

      Cons

      Measured is a later stage startup with a well-defined goal. That means it runs lean and with directed energy. This may not be for everyone. You may have to wear multiple hats: talking with clients, coding, and writing power points as needed. You may or may not thrive in this environment. You will be expected to come in and make an immediate impact.
