      Pros

      Mecatron offers great personal growth opportunities, work experiwnce and market knowledge for undergrad students, and it´s one of the best junior enterprises in Brazil. After completing your cycle at Mecatron, we are better ready and attractive for any other job opportunity.

      Cons

      Only undergraduate students of Unicamp (State University of Campinas) can enter the company, which creates a short career cycle for its employees.
