Great work environment and work-life balance

Environment: The workplace environment is great. People are professional when they need to be and amazing friends otherwise. There are no politics involved in the work that gets done. Everyone gets their due credit. People are amazingly helpful when it comes to working. Food: Frankly speaking, after joining Mech Mocha, I did not have to worry about breakfast or lunch. The admin team listens to your grievances and adjust accordingly. Are you on a diet? No problem, just give the Admin your preferences and they will make sure that you can stick to your diet. Dogs: Do you feel stressed at work? Meet Yoda and Seenu, the office dogs. They are great stress busters looking for a little love. Performance Reviews: Performance reviews are held diligently. And people are appropriately compensated for their work. If you are at the top of your game, then you don't need to worry about other things. Interview Process: Only the best of the best are selected. The selection process is very strict and they judge all aspects. Not only does your technical skills need to be up to the mark, but your culture values should be a fitment to the company.
