Flexible schedule, competitive pay, easy access to management to include COO and CEO. Awesome co workers and directors.

None. The hospitals can be busy but that’s part of the job and nobody’s fault.

I've been with the company for three years, and during this time, I've had a consistently positive experience with my managers Trish and Cari. They are very understanding and do an excellent job working with our individual schedules, which makes balancing work and personal responsibilities much easier. One of the things I appreciate most is their fairness—they treat everyone equally and with respect. When issues arise, they are addressed promptly and professionally, creating a healthy and supportive work environment. Overall, this is a great company to work for. The flexibility, responsiveness, and fairness shown by management make it a place where employees feel valued and supported.
