      To name a few: Growth Opportunities, Diverse Community, Security, An overall theme to care about everyone playing a part (even down to a workplace Psychologist when things got hard), Overall great environment to work in

      Cons

      Some concerns brought to HR at the time weren't always considered but were heard. There were many people that were let go around the time one of the original CEOs were asked to step down back around 2019 when I left so things were a little shaky (understandibly).
