      Everyone works together for the betterment of the organization as a whole. Good Salary. Great working conditions. Supportive environment. Questions are asked to probe for improvement not to lay blame.

      Cons

      As with any company that is trying to grow, there are bumps along the way. They seem to be handling those bumps well.
