      Pros

      Management treats you like adults and respect your time. There is no micro-managing, very few meetings that could be emails. If you do your work and hit your deliverable dates, you’ll be left alone. This allows for a great work/life balance. Everyone is friendly and raises are competitive.

      Cons

      Process documentation is a bit scattered and there is a high learning curve as a result.
