Sensitivity towards personal schedules and personal time. Paid vacations. Paid holidays. Good benefits. Retirement benefits. Strong team work atmosphere.

Cons

Work can get busy and stressful. There was a small group of employees that were super rude to management and fellow coworkers that are fortunately no longer here. The break patio is next to the highway so it's really loud. I had to request a larger monitor from the one I was originally given 24 inches is just too small.
