Pros

Mediacurrent has a very inclusive culture that encourages employees to learn new technologies and take risks. There is a lot of opportunity to grow on the job, and the entire team is extremely knowledgeable.

Cons

Like most agencies it is fast-paced, but management really does care about employees' workloads and strives to help everyone find balance.

Great team Work/life balance Unlimited PTO Remote working I've been at Mediacurrent for six months now. Since then, the company has rebranded and refreshed its process and the focus of its work. It's clearly generating upward momentum. The people are collaborative, skilled and generally great to work with. People work hard to get the job done well, but still respect everyone's personal lives. I've really enjoyed my time here so far and I'm excited to see where Mediacurrent continues to go.

Cons

The company is still in transition a little bit after rebranding, so some aspects of process are being ironed out, but it's all headed in a good direction.
