      Pros

      Smart employees who work hard and independently on variety of positions, all types of positions, nationwide. Flexibility to work hybrid remote if on quota. If you want to advance, plenty of opportunity. Benefits get better each year. Uncapped commission. Management is seasoned, responsive and understanding. Friendly employee culture.

      Cons

      Must be self motivated to stay on track and continue activity and outreach. Highs and lows to recruiting.

      Great company with good leadership. Managers are mostly tenure. Good training, great people who work at the company. 401k match

      Pros

      I learned so much here. It isn’t just recruiting on the staffing side but it’s also client communication, administrative work, assisting with onboarding/offboarding, coordinating interviews, and business development. It’s high volume so you’re always busy coupled with meetings and trainings. The managers and supervisors are very hands on and work to create a positive work culture. You will learn a lot and a lot is expected from you.

      Cons

      The base pay is low - like 10k less than market standards and the compensation plan is bs. There is little to no work from home flexibility.
