They live by their corporate values, it is not just talk. There are tons of recognition programs and although you have to produce - well we are saving lives- the culture is casual. Recently they invested in a corporate trainer who added much to the employee experience when starting with the company.

Cons

Like all companies there are those employees that don't pull their weight and it takes time for management to let them go.
