I have worked for Medics Pro Ltd for several years, having worked in the bank industry and the outsourced industry also. My experience is of a genuinely vibrant and happy environment, where everyone is treated as an individual, good structures and procedures are in place which have to be maintained, due to the Medical Recruitment demands via Framework Audits as well as HMRC guidelines and regulations. I enjoy coming to work, I am treated with respect by all individuals as well as the Senior Management team.,

A Place You Can Be Yourself

I been working here at MedicsPro for Two Years and it is an environment where you can be yourself and the management team encourage and will support you. If you are self motivated and sales driven, have great work ethic then this is a company where you can be recognised for your efforts and will be rewarded accordingly. Career progression and opportunities for Trainee Consultants also.

Cons

If you are not willing to go the extra mile and be dedicated to making yourself and the company a success, share the passion, be tenacious, then the Recruitment Industry, as a whole, is not for you. If you put the hard work in, you will be rewarded for your efforts.
