Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and we’re sorry that you feel that we offer limited career development and low salaries. However, I can say that all our salaries are regularly benchmarked to ensure they remain competitive with similar roles in the local area. As we are a relatively small company there are limited opportunities for promotion however our new Competency and Skills Frameworks are designed to support colleagues advancing their skills / knowledge with the goal of growing within the business and moving into bigger roles in time.
