      Pros

      Meetingmax is a tech company with a lot of heart and soul. The people are wonderful to work with. During my time I learned a lot about the tech industry as well as the event industry. Meetingmax offers an environment where one can learn and excel responsibly while maintaining a healthy work/life balance. I leave the company feeling enriched and take a wealth of knowledge and experience with me.

      Cons

      If you are looking for a workplace that allows for rapid upward growth then Meetingmax is too small for you.

      Pros

      The team is focused and driven by clear goals. Goals and objectives are approached through clear core values that facilitate reaching these goals with ease. The team is vibrant and diverse but still maintain a level of professionalism where teamwork is key. It's an exciting place to grow if you want to learn and advance in your career and on a personal level.

      Cons

      There are a few creases to iron out regarding best process policies - very normal for a small company with a large influence. If you aren't able to adjust, adapt and grow as the company does then its not the place for you.

      * Supportive and amazing people to work with * Progressive CEO * Challenging * Nurtures growth both personally and professionally * Allows for autonomy * Flexible * Amazing location for head office in downtown Vancouver

      Cons

      * Still a growing company with a few bumps but we continue to learn and grow from the experiences
