I currently work there and I don't see what the employees from previous years have a problem with. We're working on a new original game and the team is quite excited about it. Can't wait to get it out there and have people play it! There's an office in Montreal and another one in Munich. I mostly deal with the one in Montreal but the other team is great as well and we collaborate a lot. Personally, I'm glad I didn't let the reviews stop me from working there. Too bad that the happy majority is rather silent on sites like this. I find that there is space to grow, I get along with my colleagues and we don't do overtime...so that works for me : )

•Great team to work with, really fun people, nice and inclusive. •Management is super knowledgeable and helpful, even though they are located in Germany. •Great flat hierarchy, it’s easy to have an impact and hard work is recognized. • Tons of opportunity to learn by discussing with knowledgable colleagues •Lots of exposure to the industry •Good salary and benefits

Cons

Can be high pressure close to release dates for some key positions, which is pretty industry standard.
