Pros

It's the most inclusive, supportive, driven environment I've ever been in. All the teams are experts at what they do, love what they do and it shows. There is a culture of high performance and innovation coupled with strong work life balance and support. Its dynamic, there's growth, and plenty of opportunities to progress in career and Learnings

Cons

It is what you make of it, if you're interested in or looking for coasting and not progressing in learning and development and growth of skills, then this is definatley not the place for you.

- Everyone that works there are mates and so it's an extremely fun environment - The events they run are unreal - Finish work at 1pm on Fridays, which makes every weekend feel like a long weekend (Megaphone's take on the 4-day work week) - A lot of emphasis placed on continual learning and innovation to be the best you can be in the field

Cons

I genuinely don't have a bad word to say about it.

- Work on a diverse range of clients with a variety of responsibilities - Learn a variety of digital marketing ad platforms, Meta, Google, Tiktok, Pinterest etc - Super flexible in terms of working hours and roles - if you looking to up skill into another section of the business, they're usually accomodating

Cons

- Can become pretty busy during peak periods - Client load can become large at times
