Pros

Supportive and approachable management who genuinely listen and help you succeed. The team culture is positive and you’re never made to feel alone, even when the workload is challenging. HR are also excellent ,always available, responsive, and genuinely supportive when you need guidance or help. Training and communication are well handled, and good performance is recognised.

Cons

As with any contact centre role, it can be busy and demanding, especially during peak periods.
