Pros
This company has been so amazing to work for. They were great to you and work well with you when you have kids. They understand when you have sick kids. They are amazing people. I love everyone I work with. They make it fun. They aren't just co-workers but friends as well.
Cons
Downside is I'm leaving to go to school. Everyone is sad I'm leaving. But they are all.so encouraging when it comes to me wanting to better myself

Pros
I have spent more than 20 years working for this company. I started at the bottom and worked my way up. Hard work and perseverance lead my way through the company. I have worked with amazing people, catty people, hardworking and do the minimum employees. As with any company you have positives and negatives, but the Pro's outweigh the cons as I have stayed loyal all these years with many job offers. There are a lot of employees after leaving that want to come back to work for Meravic. I think it is a wonderful company to work for.
Cons
With the trying economy of the past 10 years there has been requests for multi-tasking of different jobs to insure the company survived and it has.
