Pros

Great base and attainable bonus. I worked there for 4 years and saw a lot of people come and go. The ones that left typically weren't very good and expected something for nothing. Follow the rules, hire your own people and learn to float with ever changing company directives and you will do just fine.

Cons

A lot of hours are required. I worked 50-55 hours per week. Too many emails. 6:30 am conference calls every Friday.

Pros

With over time pay is great for a General Service Tech.

Cons

The productivity pay scale. If you work in a busy shop and you work fast your pay goes up. However if the shop is dead then you will only have your base pay. With productivity your hourly pay can change as much as $5 an hour which makes its hard to properly budget with work. District management has a lot of turn over in the area
