      Pros

      Merestone is a fair and honest company that has always treated me with respect. Ownership treats you like family, takes suggestions and has always given me the opportunity to be myself in my work environment.

      Cons

      I really don't have anything negative to say about the company. You get out of it what you put into it. Like any other job you have good days and bad days. Take it all in stride and understand the industry we are in can be crazy and stressfull.

      Pros

      This is a great company to work for. The new CEO is really professional and willing to work with your needs. The employees are all extremely welcoming and kind. It is just an all around fantastic work environment.

      Cons

      The new office moved to Tempe, so it is a further drive to work.
