      Pros

      The company offers great benefits and flexible hours to fit a persons life schedule. Great people to work with and free snacks. Fun culture, decent discount on car parts.

      Cons

      Pay could be better, raises are poor, management is not at the fullest potential. Hard to find parking if arriving to work after 8 am. Auto parts discounts for employees could be improved.

      Pros

      Ever since I started working here, everything has been great. I have weekends off to spend time with my family & friends & also able to catch up on sleep. But everyone that works here is really friendly and easy to speak to you. If you have any questions or concerns about anything you go to your supervisors and speak them about anything and they will answer or help you with anything in there power. I would recommend friends or family to work here.

      Cons

      Only thing I would say we should have more group activities outside of work.

      Pros

      Aside from being able to purchase parts for your vehicle AT COST HR/recruiting has done an outstanding job of putting together a team that you can actually consider your friends and not just coworkers. You know you're working for a great company when you actually lol forward to seeing your colleagues on Monday morning!

      Cons

      Aside from commuuting from La Mesa to Mira Mesa not much can be said about cons
