Great ClinOps team, supportive, reasonable, and educated coworkers. Very supportive direct managers. Transparent upper management & C suite.

Cons

Lower pay and some upper management churn which makes the companies future seem unpredictable. Smaller company so few CRA growth opportunities.

I felt there was good visibility of the management structure and how my work would affect the company. Crossf functional partners were easy to reach.

Cons

Disorganization in information can manifest in looking for pieces of info from multiple sources.
