      Company continues to grow at a 10%+ rate year over year Opportunities for career development Outstanding senior leadership Parent company is active and invested in seeing this company be #1

      Pay scale is definitely on the short side. Don't expect to get rich here. There doesn't seem to be a rewards mechanism for outstanding performance.
