      Pros

      Great company, growing market and working in an area that you can help people by advising on the type of equipment which will benefit their members or themselves. Also rehab aspects and helping keep clients fit and healthy. The staff are wonderful and everyone helps each other. Its a real fun, team environment where everyone is supportive and wants success. The Pilates industry is fast growing and Merrithew is known to be a market leader in equipment and education.

      Cons

      New product development takes time but its understandable as safety is paramount and you can’t design and build a Rolls Royce overnight.
