The result is an stimulating environment with highly motivated and intellectual physicists and engineers. There is an opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects from electromagnetics to meta-structures to artificial intelligence.
Cons
The company is very high pace, high energy and is not a good fit for everyone. Individual responsibility is much higher here than at most companies.
