      Great company and team culture Autonomy in managing product stream, but also supportive environment Building an exciting product that helps SMEs succeed in marketing

      Some processes etc are still being built up but that’s the nature of a scale up and a good opportunity to have input in shaping the business.

      Pros

      Metigy has a great culture focused on flexibility and empowerment. The amazing team vibe is a great reason to come to Metigy. It's a very friendly and supportive environment designed to get the most out of everyone. Because the company is growing so fast there are tons of opportunities to get stuck into great projects and take initiative and leadership. The tech stack and product is really strong and is leading the way for marketing AI and ML capabilities which also makes it a great place to learn deep technical skills.

      Such a fast paced and growing workplace can have its challenges but it's also a great opportunity to build skills and take initiative.
