      Pros

      Manager Matthew Webster is amazing to work under. Being a small company means a lot of exposure to different arears in the business. The peoples are nice and friendly.

      Cons

      Lower Pay and not a lot of bonus option.

      There is a positive attitude / culture at Metrix, wherein your colleagues are ready and able to help at a moment's notice.

      Product line is aging, with some products over 25 years old. New products need to be developed or the company will lose out to competition.
