Travel - although this can be seen as a perk! I would never have the time to explore so many places on my own time, and travel is typically an opportunity to acquire new knowledge about a manufacturing and inspection process. The team being relatively small, one has to be willing to wear different hats and help wherever needed. Limited opportunities for career growth.
