      Pros

      I had a lot of fun and learned a lot in the process. People are kind and supportive. It is a great organization to start your music education career.

      Cons

      I did not perceive many cons. Maybe it is challenging to learn how to manage the behavior of children who are tired after school, which is also why you learn a lot in this kind of job and environment.

      Pros

      There are employment opportunities (full time and part-time) due to the great expansion of the program. Full-time employees are offered benefits like health insurance, vision and dental plans, PTO, retirement plan, holidays... Everyone is passionate about their work and love children! Diverse and energetic environment. It is great to know you are part of a team that makes a difference.

      Cons

      The interview process can be extensive, depending on the position.
