      Pros

      Caring culture - values and respects their people whilst also respecting the planet. Nice and collaborative team, everyone is friendly and gets along with one another. Great benefits, such as 2% extra super, a free set of tyres each year and 4 additional days off a year for well being plus others.

      Cons

      Base salary would be the medium salary, however there are great benefits which make the total package impressive.
