Pros

Very friendly management and really takes care of their employees. There is a lot of opportunities to learn and grow. I was relocating to another state so after a many years of working with them I had to leave.

Cons

Company expects perfectionism so they can provide good quality results to clients.

I have been at MQL for more than 3 years and it has the most flexible hours and BENEFITS!! There are a lot of learning opportunities and if you work hard and have potential you can be promoted. The company also provides multiple benefits and rewards. They definitely care about their employees and try to do everything to make them feel happy. I see myself staying and growing with them.
