      Pros

      MV is a great place to work - plenty of opportunities to learn and make an impact. Very interesting and unique business model in a rapidly growing industry. Fellow colleagues care and are a lot of fun to work with.

      Cons

      Sometimes can feel a bit too lean.

      - Moved into a new office in the Domain and the location is great - Open space - Nice commute - Growth is steady and hiring is picking up - Co-workers are fun - Stocked kitchen, lunch on wed.

      Cons

      - some growing pains in the new office - onboarding process could be more structured - communication could be more frequent
