Pros
Lovely people, technology and services are good.
Cons
Very inexperienced MD who has the final word on everything and who is often wrong. He is also the main reason why nearly 70%+ of staff have left in 2 years. Lots of poor decisions from MD resulting in a bad working environment and loss of staff. Staff are Micromanaged to the point where nothing ever gets achieved.

People enjoy the work. The technology is innovative and has great potential
Cons
Under paid for skill level. Benefits are rubbish. Not appreciated by the wider company group (Pharmaxo). Micromanagement.
