Excellent Team work ,great colleagues to work with and an awesome place where all are treated equally. Management is effective, Employees are given preference and there are diverse culture, different roles & opportunities provided. Good place to start your career and grow professionally, personal growth, office culture and personality development are some qualities that one inculcate and hence I joined it a year ago as a fresher and it made me learn every aspect of a corporate life. Management is very helpful for people fresh out from the college,usually supportive seniors,promotions depend on your work. Great emphasis on fun at the work place, team building events and so on. I have been perusing higher studies for which I need leaves during my exams which is provided at Microquery Ltd. Also the management team is always in touch with you when you are on a long sick leave asking about your health and for any kind of help too.

Environment at Microquery is really great, helpful and professional where I got a chance to explore my capabilities and knowledge. Here I used to get enough time to complete my work without giving me any kind of burden for any tasks. My colleagues are also helpful and we work as a team. The management team is very supportive and helpful at the every stage without any condition. They provide us all the facilities which is required for any IT industry. Here I have learnt lots of new things. They trained me by giving work on good projects from which I have learned a lot. Here we get 1 hour lunch break and 15 minutes tea break and there is no restrictions to take small breaks for our personal needs. The company did not take any kind of deposit or any original document as security deposit. I used to get salary on time without any interruption at any month.
