      Fast growing and fast paced environment. This is not a con but you need to be willing to learn quickly and adapt to the changing business needs.

      I love working for Middleburg, Truly the best employer I have worked for. Middleburg offers great work life balance, empowers you to make decisions, does not micromanage, is advanced with technology, and has lots of tools to be able to make good decisions. Best we have a really good team that works well together.

      The people are great from the top down. It is an entrepreneurial environment where you will learn through first-hand experience. The company is growing fast and because of that there is an opportunity for an accelerated career path. The entire leadership team is very good at what they do. The CEO is great.

      Cons

      Not a good work/live balance. No training.
