      Some miscommunication throughout the departments here and there with jobs

      Pros

      Unique work hours that free up the second half of your day, excellent pay, great benefits, always busy but you're never without support, fun company events, great people who care about their work and are extremely team-driven. This is a great place to be if you enjoy being collaborative and having that "small company" feel where everyone interacts, regardless of your level. It's definitely a place people can settle into and stay for a long time, while always learning and being challenged!

      Cons

      Early start might be tricky at first if you're not a morning person, but once you're used to it it's actually great!
