Midwest has been a great company to work for. Unfortunately they just sold to any other company. Hoping the new company will be the same as Midwest cellular

Cons

Lots of changes always happening. Store are always growing and switching people around to make the stores the best possible.

I enjoy working here. At the store we are like a family. You have to be able to do team work, so if your not good at that I don't recommend it. They work with your schedule!

Cons

Being that we are not a corporate store it sometimes makes it hard. People think of authorized retailer means that can't do everything.

Love the pay, make as much as you want pretty much. My coworkers are awesome and my DM is the great to work with. They keep you up to date on everything with trainings.

Cons

Just the same cons that any other jobs will have, nothing major.
