      Pros

      The actual work is fun, and it's a remote position. Time goes by fast while you're doing the edits. In fact, you'll feel like you're in that movie "Click" because a month will go by in a matter of days.

      Cons

      The job is KPI based, which means you are expected to meet a quota of 16 articles per day. They'll tell you the article edits take 20 to 30 minutes to complete. It sounds good in theory, except that the edits involve more than editing and take about 42 minutes on average instead of 30 minutes.

      Really really horrible company

      Pros

      There is no pro. We were treated horribly and forced to write 27 articles a day.

      Cons

      Treated so poorly, got punished for not moving our mouse enough, micromanagement, screenshots 3x every ten minutes, horrible pay, and no room to grow.
