      Great people and product. Love how the teams really work together today.

      The first months were rocky, but in 2023 they addressed some painpoints on staffing to clear channels of communication and it’s really paid off.

      Pros

      As a relatively new member of the Sales team I am quite pleased with the level of autonomy in my role, as well as ease of access to support and extensive knowledge in my team and beyond. MiiR's compensation and benefits were more competitive to previous positions in the outdoor industry. So stoked to come on board in a time of growth and organization; I feel valued for my experience and skills and my boundaries have been respected, making my personal life even more enjoyable. MiiR is passionate about the human experience!

      Fast-paced with a lot of independence, perhaps not what everyone is looking for - (I am!)
