Everyone here at Miltechs is a team player, polite, patient and the work environment is very friendly and fast paced. From the time I've been here, I was able to utilize my mechanical skills combined with my computer skills to elevate my line of work. Management is great to work with!

The staff is brilliant and great ideas are rewarded and embraced by management. Mil-Techs firmly believes in encouraging teams to cultivate growth in new members as opposed to isolating them in the shadow of upper-level management.
