      Cons

      -Daily work life balance can be a challenge as we work across multiple time zones (e.g., I rarely take a lunch break); however, we try to respect each other's time zones for ending at 5pm-ish within that person's time zone

      As with everyone, the company has a capacity challenge. There have been a few small growing pains as the company continues to scale up.
