      Comfortable Work Environment

      Pros

      Comfortable and laid back atmosphere. Relaxed dress code for office staff. Good PTO benefits and there is a company match on the 401(k).

      Cons

      Work location (Park City) may not be great for someone living further away. Salaries are a little lower than at some other places but they make up for it with flexibility.

      Pros

      I noticed a previous review claiming money before people. This couldnt be farther from the truth. This person must have never worked in this industry. Mill-Tel pays a good hourly wage, compensates for overtime and pays a bonus for production. This is unheard of and not the standard in this business.

      Cons

      Having to work most weekends.
