Pros
Supportive of Employees - teams are tight knit and they have lots of employees who have long service. People are willing to jump in and help when needed. Openness to Change - Management team is open to change and seem to seek the feedback of employees on what they want to see.
Cons
Volume of work can be a challenge. The company has grown so much there are a lot of new employees who don't have the same level of experience. This leaves the senior employees with heavy file counts.

Cons
No sick time or short term disability benefits. Two weeks vacation is offered and maximum 3 weeks vacation a year. Benefits are not competitive with the Industry
