Pros

Very generous benefit scheme, supportive and friendly team across all levels of the business, various social activities, good communication throughout. Forward thinking and progressive. A happy and engaged workforce is high on the agenda, monitored with monthly happiness surveys, monthly 121's, team briefings, departmental away days, annual team survey and listening groups. Small team means you are able to get involved in a lot more.

Cons

None - MP are always looking to improve, take on suggestions and move the business forward.
