      Pros

      Many seasoned employees are very willing to help train you and share their knowledge with you. This is not common everywhere. But it is encouraged here. The company guides it's operations by it's 5 core values. As long as you make decisions with those core values in mind you will thrive here.

      Cons

      Working in the trucking industry comes with partner carrier no-shows which can be difficult after-hours.

      Pros

      World class company from top to bottom, it feels more like a family than it does a business. Vice President of Sales and Marketing is by far the best person I’ve worked for. He does everything he asks you to do, holds you accountable but is also very supportive and knowledgeable. Sales team is small, but great at what they do, they work hard daily and truly care.

      Cons

      Car allowance could be better, but it’s not bad.
