Well supported my my managers, opportunities for further training and professional development. You get to explore other Mind services across Birmingham. Great experience in mental health sector, I have developed valuable skills for a career in Psychology.

Cons

I love this role and team and don't really have any critiques in all honesty. The pay could be better but the experience and support at work makes it worth it
