      A lot of commonality across different Shopify sites, so it can get a bit samey

      Pros

      A fantastic company which does great work with great clients. The team is friendly, inclusive and progressive with the way in which work is delivered.

      Cons

      The usual drawbacks of working for an agency included tight deadlines and resource management - both of which are common in an eCommerce environment and are easily fixable with better planning and communication, both of which I imagine are in place now.
