Working with children Teaching meaningful social / emotional education Lots of fun and room for creativity community building and engagement fun events hosted by MLP Room for employee growth steady annual company growth rate diversity inclusion and equality is real af in this company everyone is nice and treats eachother with respect in this company support is given when needed things are handled professionally with respect and composure and with mindfulness. People who work here all embody their own mindfulness practice.

Mindful employees from top to bottom. Paid days off when kids are on breaks. Great benefits. Wonderful mission and meaningful work.
Cons
It’s a tad stressful at times. You may feel isolated at your school site at times.
